Lead Security Engineer55-65k + benefitsWest Midlands HQ (Remotely worked, requirement for future occasional office travel)In this role youll be working closely with the CISO and Security Architect and delivering to a new product as this is architected and implemented with an industry leading "Secure By Design" approach although you will not have to carry out design work itself.Looking for a "hands on" Lead Security Engineer who has previously integrated and implemented new systems/products within an agile environment. This is a key appointment to the business and with that brings lots of future opportunity for the right candidate!Essential:Advanced ability to read and understand code/infrastructure as code, understand logs and alerts, to use specialist tools (Cloud native and 3rd party), as well as programming / scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Puppet, PowerApps), to automate tasks, to enable security at speed and scaleSecOps/managing day to day DevSecOps activities, experience in these areas are a mustAzure using automation, scripts and templates ; Sentinel, Application Gateway, Frontdoor, Service Bus etcWere looking for someone who know not only knows Azure but its the nuances!Security design artrefacts including design rationale and HLA, HLD, LLD experienceOWASP principles, API, and IAM(Certification in either CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISSAP or ISSEP desirable)Successful applicants will be contacted with further information!
