SCHOOL ATTENDANCE ADMINISTRATORReed Education are currently recruiting for School Attendance Administrators to work within Secondary across Birmingham, Solihull and Black Country Area’s.To be successful as a school attendance administrator you must have experience within the last year working within an Educational environment and have excellent data management and attendance knowledge.Your role:- Create a good first impression of the school to others- Complete general administrative and receptionist duties- Be the first point of contact on reception – answering and making calls- Implement school policies and procedures within your daily duties especially safeguarding- Carry out a variety of administrative tasks to support the school secretary and school bursar- Work as part of a team and use your own initiativeJob Requirements:- Experience using school administrative programmes like SIMs, CMIS/EMIS in addition to handling phone calls, emails and letters – this may include filing, photocopying and other clerical tasks- Circulate of information amongst staff, pupils and their parentsSchool administrators are expected to have a good level of IT literacy and the confidence when using Microsoft.If you are interested in finding out more information regarding this role, then please call Reed Education Birmingham or please send over an up to date CV.
