Scientist, In Vitro Assays, Biology, R&DAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Scientist to join a thriving Scientific R&D organisation, based-in Birmingham. The successful Scientist will join an already established team, in a highly collaborative environment, in order to performa range of Cell cultures, In vitro Assays and Tissue sectioning, supporting the organisations key client facing research & developmentThis is an excellent opportunity for a graduate with several years experience working within a similar R&D environment within life sciences looking to progress their career and truly develop their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.The CompanyA small but well-established family run business, this scientific R&D organisation pride themselves in providing high-level/high-quality service to all clients. Whats RequiredTo be successful as the Scientist within this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
  • A relevant degree, BSc, Msc or PhD within a scientific discipline such as Biology, Biological science, Biochemistry etc.
  • Prior experience working within a Lab performing In vitro assays and tissue sectioning
  • Excellent attention to detail as well as strong written and verbal communication skills
