Part-Time Temporary ongoing opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established SEN School in the West Midlands, supporting the central Administration team with a variety of duties.Client DetailsOur Client is a well-established Special Education Needs School based in the West Midlands. The school is on the smaller scale, with a total of 86 Pupils ranging from Year 4 – Year 11.DescriptionThe School Administrator will be reporting into the Business Manager, working closely in a small team of 3. The role will consist of a variety of daily duties, such as:• Maintaining absence records.• Answering incoming phone calls.• Ensuring all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner.• General filing.• Minute taking of meetings.• Liaising with Students and their Parents.• Overseeing the Admin inbox.• Utilising the in-house system to keep accurate and up to date records.ProfileThe Successful Candidate will:• Have an excellent level of both Administration and Customer-Service skills.• Be comfortable working in a SEN environment.• Be Computer Literate and confident using general Office 365 Programmes.• Ideally have knowledge of systems – PS Financials and ARBOR.• Have a strong level of organisation skills.• Be able to prioritise workload effectively.• Be able to work in an at-times pressured environment.• Ideally have a completed up-to-date DBS check, if not, be willing to under-go a check.The role consists of 2 working days a week (Mondays and Fridays) working a full school day of 8.30am – 3.15pm. The client is looking to pay a Scale 2 Salary. This role could lead to a permanent position.
