Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • SAP SuccessFactors integration expertise and experience to client engagements and opportunities
  • Lead integration design workshops with the client, oversee build, test, and deployment of Integrations.
  • Be a hands-on integration expert and prepare/review project deliverables.
  • Define and manage the deliverables of integration/development team to meet engagement objectives.
  • Lead the development of integrations using available tools within SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Ability to understand integration requirements and manage the conversion of them into designs.
Skills and Experience:
  • At least 3-4 full end-to end project lifecycles.
  • Proven commercial experience inSAP SuccessFactors integration capabilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in spoken & written English.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-starter that is capable of working effectively as part of a team; in-person and remotely
  • Proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales.
