Understanding of good development practices Experienced at working with business stakeholders to understand the requirements for Salesforce CRM solutions Demonstrable experience solving technical problems with an inquisitive nature. Make technical recommendations and participate in testing. Develop fit for purpose solutions in line with technical design. Ensure solutions are performance tuned and meet security standards. Provides effective documentation to support installation/ support. Cross skills team members on new functionality/ solutions Collaborates with the Project Manager across all stages of the project lifecycle. Contributes to best practice for Salesforce development for the team.This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the UK .
