Job Description

Sales Support Coordinator Location: TyseleyStart Date: ASAPFull TimeGleeson Recruitment Group are looking for a Sales Support Coordinatorto join a team of passionate individuals.The successful candidate will be working closely with the sales team to provide fabulous administrative support and high levels of customer service to external customers.   • Answering the telephone and supporting general customer enquiries
  • Processing samples and orders and supporting the sales team
  • Produce pricing quotations
  • Utilising SAP to process orders and samples
  • Provide product specific data sheets
  • Updating databases
  • Compose letters/e-mails as requested
  • Carry out further tasks
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience within a customer services environment
  • Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous experience working with SAP desirable
