* German Speaking* Sales operations* Sales AnalysisJob Role: Sales Operations AnalystRemote workingSalary: £30-40 per hourContract: Until 31st March 2023We are seeking a native German speaker to join a global tech organisation as the Sales Operations Analyst supporting the Central European regionThe Sales Operations Analyst will be able to document data findings, provide details, and present findings with recommendations.The position will also involve creation and maintenance of complex spreadsheets and the ability to create reports or presentations from the results.This includes data analysis and research, with the ability to manipulate, analyse, and consolidate the results.You will be adept at collaborating with sales teams across multiple countries and have an exceptional ability to provide proactive, effective and accurate data in the most timely and efficient way.The Central European region Sales forecasting meetings are conducted in German due to the country coverage and also due to language nuances within the public sector in particular that are not perfectly translated into English, hence needing a native speaker.Primary Duties / Responsibilities:* Drive annual sales planning cycle.* Partner with Senior Leadership and First Line Manager on operational and strategic requests including forecast modelling, quota setting, territory white space analysis for demand generation.* Provide data-driven insights for Area Business Reviews and Regional Business Reviews.* Lead process improvement projects.* Partner with Sales Support, Customer Success, Sales Comp., Marketing, Channel, and other areas to ensure support needed to identify roadblocks in sales cycle and increase sales cycle velocity.Expectations:* Improve deal clinics process to fast-track resolution/closure of deals at risk. * Deploy Big Deals coaching sessions for identifying up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.* Improve territory allocation process for Corporate and Midmarket accounts. Qualifications and Requirements:* Native German speaker* Fluency in English language both written and verbal* 5+ years of work experience in sales operations or equivalent function with significant exposure to Sales management teams* Experience working in the EMEA market* Software/Tech industry background desirable* Sales Operations competence (forecasting, planning, sales systems, processes and methodologies, compensation and quota management)* General understanding of Sales Systems and knowledge domains relevant to specific processes and practices (within their application track)* Experience with financial modelling and analytical tools such as Excel, databases, PowerBI etc. Nice to have: experience using Salesforce and SQL Programming experience* Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations* Results oriented and able to move forward without complete information* Ability to work effectively with diverse audiences, management levels, cultures, and personalities* Excellent communications and presentation skills* Strong drive and will to succeed* Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; sense of urgency
