Job Description

Do you want to work as a Sales Executive for a firm that guarantees uncapped commission and the chance to buy your first home within 3 years We are looking for hard working, motivated, and committed people to join us in our City Centre office in Birmingham.As a Sales Executive, youll be:

  • Working in a highly sales-driven office environment
  • Communicating and build rapport with clients
  • Finding leads and chasing them to gain new business
  • Understanding and predicting market trends within your sector and beyond
  • Business development - Taking charge of growing your own desk, business, sales and personal brand
But before that, well ensure you have the training to make the sales!As a Sales Executive youll get:
  • An initial internal 12-week training programme
  • 1-1 training with the CEO to build your recruitment knowledge and skills
  • A clear path of progression internally, giving you the chance to become top biller and make lots of sales!
