Note: You will not be selling franchises.You dont need to be from the travel industry as your experience in driving arms-length commercial success will be the key factor for the successful candidate.A year from now you will have had a great year if you move the needle on these three metrics:Improve bookings per franchisee per month by 20%3x repeat bookingsGet the new franchisees to 10 deals in 6 weeksThe Role:Creating the strategy and company wide sales plan encompassing all departments, such as marketing and trade.Youll be leading, supporting and training the business development team who are responsible for coaching the commercial skills of our homeworking travel agents.These are first time entrepreneurs and you and the team will enable their rapid success.
