Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a European Sales and Marketing Solutions Manager to join the European IT team.As solutions manager you will take overall responsibility for the continued development, deployment and adoption of the Salesforce.com platform as well as the responsibility to manage our digital development change programme for our websites. The role will be a key strategic partner for the sales, product and marketing leaders across Europe. One of your main priorities will be leading the awareness and capabilities of a world class Salesforce.com solution and how it can help JELD-WEN improve customer intimacy and grow business.Role Responsibilities

  • Develop & deliver the European roadmap & continued deployment plan for Salesforce.com across Europe
  • Responsible for ensuring alignment across all the Digital programs in Europe and Globally whilst working with the Digital Project Manager to align with the process adoption for all such projects
  • Work with the ProductOwner’ to develop and introduce Agile working practices including tools adoption, scrum management, identify/agree Epics, user stories, backlogs and burndown charting
  • Build the success criteria, deployment model, UAT processes and continuous improvement schedule to improve adoption and usage
  • Manage budgets, planning, time lines, resources, scope, change requests, status reporting
  • Manage the internal development team and partner relationships to ensure optimal use of standard solutions and minimise the need for customisation
  • Effectively manage the development team, ensuring their effectiveness of support across Europe for deployments, UAT processes and continuous improvement schedule
  • Lead the awareness of the SF.com capabilities and promote the adoption of SF.com core and applications from the eco-system to drive the customer intimacy, salesforce effectiveness and growth
  • Ensure tight collaboration with the European Sales, Marketing and Product Management function for alignment on roadmap & prioritisation
  • Ensure alignment with the global IT team and adherence to all JELD-WEN governance and change management processes
  • Work with external web development partners to create a pipeline of enhancements
  • Experience Required:
  • Extensive experience in a European CRM role on the Salesforce.com platform
  • Previous experience managing development resources and partner relationships
  • Complex multi-country, multi-currency manufacturing & sales environment
  • Strong communication skills at all levels and across all disciplines
  • Strong customer focus and good internal customer relationship management
  • Experience introducing and working with Agile delivery principles and practice Experience of working for a blue-chip company (preferably US owned)
  • Experience of leading continuous improvement in IT or Digital focused sales and marketing roles
