Sales Advisor Birmingham, B37 7YN £34,816 - £39,621 pro rataPermanent, Part Time Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join their successful New Homes Sales Team. The ideal applicant will have previous sales experience working within a developer background; they will be a self-starter with a flexible approach to work.They will need to have the ability to work well on both an individual basis and as part of a team, providing excellent customer service at all times. Their area of operation is throughout the west midlands including Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford, Worcester,Shropshire and Dudley. You will liaise with competitors and estate agents on a weekly basis in order to ascertain that your development values are in line with market conditions and competitors.The role is based on site; you will however be required to work at their Birmingham Office and between sites and also sell shared ownership properties as and when required.
