Job Description

Role Sales Admin Supervisor Reports to-Supply Chain Manager Works immediately with Sales admin/Customer service, Operations dept. Direct reports-4 admin staff Also Works with -Warehouse SF Group are looking to recruit a Sales Administration Supervisor for a client based in B35. Paying up to £25k. - With experience working in a busy office overseeing a small team, who deal with customer queries via telephone and email. Communicate with outside entities, advising of potential out of stocks, expected new receipt dates, uploading stock availability and advising of when orders have been dispatched. - Ability to record and understand the customers needs and queries, to communicate these to other team members and departments to obtain information to accurately assist with satisfying the query. - To be able to use Commercial customers online portals. To update systems and manage the order processing areas which will include printing and matching delivery and dispatch labels. Preparing paperwork for the warehouse. Expected to learn new customer delivery portals, training and guiding the team to ensure that agreed SLAs are met. Accurately entering orders onto the company in-house computer system and provide support for the business by way of the operational link between the office and warehouse.

  • The Sales Admin Supervisor needs to be organised.
  • What we require:
  • Minimum 3 yrs supervisory experience.
  • Excellent people management and relationship building skills.
  • Experience within Ecommerce distance selling.
  • Knowledge of WASP, EDGE, Blujay portals.
  • Forward thinker, able to problem solve.
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be flexible in your approach with an ability to identify and manage priorities.
  • Confident, Courteous & professional.
  • Good communication skills essential.
  • Minimum Intermediate level excel with previous exposure to in house OMS/WMS.
