Job Description

Are you a Sales Administrator looking for a new role Do you want to work for a market leading company If so, this role could be for you.My Birmingham based client is looking for a Sales Administrator to provide comprehensive administration support to the Commercial Office & Team ensuring customer records are maintained and updated effectively.Benefits:

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Dealing with all communication to the office via telephone,email and in person effectively and efficiently.
  • Processing all contractual paperwork in line with company guidelines and making the relevant changes to AX/SOL systems and recording accurately.
  • Providing customers including Frameworks with accurate contractual reports.
  • Accurately processing Direct Sales Orders including raising invoices & reporting.
  • Raising Manual Invoices/Credits to customer accounts
  • General Administration duties (hotel bookings, invoice processing, stationery)
  • Support on our CRM System along with providing training to team members.
  • Customer liaison for contractual pricing changes; reviewing list monthly with Support Manager, notification to customers in writing, implementation and updating all relevant price increase data
  • Reviewing and Improving processes
  • Any other reason requests from the Commercial Team
Skills and experience required:
  • Experience of working within a busy sales admin environment.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Dynamics/SOL/Eforce/Target
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • IT literate
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Experience with CRM Software & MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
