Job Description

*Sales Administrator - Central Birmingham*We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Administrator (B2B), to join one of our family run clients, a leading manufacturer and distributor specialising within Ironmongery and Hardware, due to great demand and company growth!We are seeking a driven individual, with order management experience who thrives within a fast paced environment and has the ability to communicate effectively via phone and emails, and delivers impeccable Customer Service.Benefits: -

  • Location: Central Birmingham
  • Full Time (40 hours): Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Free onsite parking
  • Salary: Up to £27,000 depending on experience
  • 1 hour lunch break
  • Full training shall be provided as this can be a progressive role for an ideal candidate
The Role: - Some key activities are listed below, but not limited to;
  • Hands on Management of sales orders and credit notes on K8 ERP system
  • Maintaining contact with existing customers for regular replenishment stock orders, ensuring 100% OTIF vendor partner score
  • Handling telephone calls, Teams conferences and live-chat queries with customers
  • Liaising with Supply chain department for back-orders/ out of stocks
  • Support and develop new business development with potential new customers
About you: -
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, effective communicator both verbal and written with ability to understand sales and an excellent customer service
  • Ability to prioritize, manage and multitask with a pro-active hands-on approach
  • The client is a fast-paced growing business therefore you will be required to work effectively under pressure, advancing positive business development initiatives as prioritizing workload would be essential
  • Experience in busy telephone sales environment with courteous yet professional telephone manners
