Job Description

We are currently hiring for a RLO (residential Liaison Officer) to start as soon as possible in central Birmingham. The successful Resident Liaison Officer will be responsible for liaising with residents, ensuring that they are aware of the works ongoing, and that they are kept informed of future works.Key Tasks / Activities / ResponsibilitiesCustomer Care and Dis-satisfaction response Proactively respond to expressions of dis- satisfaction at the initial stage, preventing escalationwherever possible. Investigate, register all complaints and report in accordance with company and clientprocedures. Ensure all MP, Councillor enquiries and complaints are investigated and resolvedefficiently and within target and advising residents and clients of their outcomes Maintain the Companys complaint log and use the information to report on trends includingthe lessons learnt and how to improve our service Visit and meet residents in their homes, when required or requested, dealing with their needsand queries ensuring they are kept informed at all times Make appointments for further works, if required, and ensure these are carried out andcompleted to the residents satisfaction Arrange compensation or goodwill gestures if required, all to be agreed and approved by theCustomer Service Manager / Divisional Manager Respond to expressions of dis-satisfaction received from residentsIf your interested or want to know more info please phone and ask for James.
