Reward Specialist - Manufacturing & Engineering - Up £50,000About the companyOur client a leading FMCG facility is looking for a Reward Specialist to join their team. Working closely with Regional HR teams and the Group Reward team, helping to provide a fair and consistent reward offering which supports the business to attract, retainand engage talent within the organisation.Reward Specialist - The Rewards

Reward Specialist - Requirements
  • In depth reward and HR experience with a good knowledge of operational reward processes
  • Employment law and Reward experience in European countries, ideally Nordics
  • Experience working in a multinational, matrix organisation
  • Knowledge of job evaluation and benchmarking methodologies (Mercer is preferable)
  • Experienced in managing operational aspects of reward including annual pay review, short term incentives and defining reward packages
  • Comfortable influencing and communicating with management of all levels
  • "Self starter" with a high drive for results and a passion for reward
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Adaptable/flexible and comfortable with dealing with high levels of ambiguity
  • Sound business judgement
  • Ability to explain reward concepts in a simple and accessible way
  • High level of numeracy and analytical skill, with excellent attention to detail
  • Advanced level Microsoft Excel
Reward Specialist - Responsibilities
  • Support the application of the Group company car policy by advising and educating HR and the business as required
  • Manage the third party relationships with local external suppliers of employee benefits, including the benefit renewals process and ensure any decisions on risk benefits are in line with the new global benefits provider ways of working and Group approvalsframework
  • Support the Group Share Plans manager with the company Sharesave maturity and launch processes to drive participation up as far as possible and manage any local, country specific share plans, liaising with HR and payroll as required
  • Keep up to date with the Group wide frameworks and attend Group Reward education sessions as required
  • Act as an initial consult on any new materials, and support the communication and implementation of any new Group Reward principles, processes, frameworks and governance
  • Support the gathering of Employee Voice on the subject of reward
  • Coach and mentoring the wider HR team and managers on applying the Group Reward frameworks, policies, processes
