Reed HR are looking for a HR Reward Partner to join a People Services team within a public entity and help develop and implement a reward strategy that supports their organisational objectives and enhances their colleague experience.Salary: £40,000 per annum + benefitsLocation: Birmingham City CentreHours: 37 hours per week (Hybrid working ½ days in the office)About the role:As a HR Reward Partner, you will play a pivotal role in using data insights and market research to embed a reward strategy that suits the organisation. You will also design and deliver a grading framework, benchmarking tools, salary bands, transparency measures,and other reward-related activities.You will collaborate with the People Advisor, Senior People Operations Manager, and Head of People Operations to develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation, benefits, and rewards. You will also provide guidance and support to managersand colleagues on all reward-related matters, including any case disputes regarding job grade and pay.You will work with colleagues across OD, Partnering and L&D to ensure the reward framework supports workforce planning, succession planning, and the ongoing development of career pathways. You will also work with the Communications team to actively communicateand promote our reward and benefits package.You will lead on the administration, coordination, and analysis of data for cyclical processes such as job evaluations, insight gathering, salary survey submission, pay benchmarking, pay governance, benefit delivery and analysis, bonus payments, pay reporting,pay modelling, etc. You will also manage all aspects of living wage, NMW audits, equal pay and gender pay gap reporting, salary surveys, and statutory reporting, ensuring compliance with the relevant legislation and the Civil Service Pay Remit guidance.You will ensure all people-related records are administered and maintained in line with GDPR requirements.To be successful in this role, you will need:
