Are you an experienced Reward Manager looking for your next challenging opportunity to lead the Reward offering of this Birmingham based organisation.£60k + Car Allowance + Bonus + Benefits2 days in Birmingham each week - part-time/ flexible working options.Reporting into the HR Director as Reward Manager you will lead the design and development pf the reward strategy. As Reward Manager you will alwo lead on the annual pay review process, including costing and modelling. You will manage the benefits providersand the annual review to ensure they continue to support the overall reward strategy in a cost effective manner.
