Job Description

Retirement Proposition Manager - Birmingham

  • Working closely with all parts of the Group across the breadth of Companies offering, the Retirement Proposition Manager will be responsible for ensuring our retirement proposition meets customer segment needs and are aligned to our professions and identifiedsegmentation. In so doing, and by understanding how planning for retirement fits into our broader advice proposition, the role holder will seek to grow market share working in tandem with the various functions across the Marketing Department.
  • Key to success will be building strong relationships with the Heads of Divisions and Regional Sales Manager, working with the Distribution teams to help with asset flows and retention through the development of a compelling retirement proposition.

  • Ability to communicate thinking succinctly and clearly
  • Deep knowledge of the pension technical specialism, excellent understanding of the long terms savings market and industry and a good understanding of relevant regulations and their associated principles.
  • Articulate and confident presenter and communicator who listens to others and talks honestly, able to work in partnership with others to deliver.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards within the financial services industry.
The financials on offer:
  • Annual salary of circa £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience), reviewed annually
