Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Control Auditor to join our Operational Practices Team on a permanent basis, to cover sites in and around Greater London, Essex & Hertfordshire. In this role, youll be detecting fraudulent behaviour within ourbusiness by analysing transactional information from multiple data sources. You will also provide reporting whilst adhering to company investigation and disciplinary procedures for the effective handling of cases. You will work in partnership with both Operationsand our Central Functions to proactively improve performance and process.Join us at Mitchells & Butlers, the heart of hospitality.   • Analysing numerous data sources to uncover suspicious behaviour & patterns
  • Limiting the risk and improving business performance
  • Effectively using non-confrontational interview techniques
  • Supporting the department in creating an effective deterrent to fraud
  • Utilising the central specialised teams for specific technical support and to develop confidence and knowledge to aid business level problem solving
