Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new, immediate start roleDo you have experience in a HR / Recruitment focussed administration role and looking to further your career in a large, successful HR hub in the heart of BirminghamReed Business Support Birmingham are recruiting for a Resourcing Administratorto provideadministrative services tothe Resourcing & Talent team of our client, in the Broadcasting industry.As a Resourcing Administrator, you will sit within a Division or Genre focused resourcing team assisting that team to provide an efficient and compliant service.Duties:. To provide a comprehensive Resourcing administrative service to a divisional/genre focused Resourcing team including managers, Senior Resourcing BP, Resourcing BPs and Resourcing Senior Advisors/Advisors. To use an applicant tracking system, entering data into relevant systems and ensuring data quality. To provide clear responses to any queries and requests from candidates and hiring managers. Using own discretion, share information to resolve any issues. To assist with interview scheduling, issuing interview packs, providing documentation to hiring managers and any other administrative tasks that are required. To accurately maintain People-related data, ensuring confidentiality. To be self- assured in answering questions, based on data and understanding of policy and process. To open any relevant (physical) correspondence and scan/record relevant materials. To prepare and send any (physical) correspondence required to complete processes in an accurate and timely fashion. Role will engage with the hiring managers, employees and regularly meet external applicants.The Candidate:Ability to prioritise own workload and work to tight deadlines Intermediate skills in the use of a range of software packages to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; ensures facts are correct, complete and consistent Ability to research information via the internet Ability to interact face to face with candidates and hiring managers, and communicate effectively with a range of people Prior experience of working with People systems (such as SAP) and applicant tracking systemsThe Details: £10 - £13 an hour, paid weekly Immediate start temporary role to the end of October Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days at homeIf this sounds like the role for you then Apply Now or contact Hannah @ Reed Birmingham Business Support for more information on the role
