Whether youve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or youre looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower youto shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.Location: Birmingham City Centre£25k base salaryThe role serves two functionsInbound leads: you will answer calls on behalf of multiple departments within the company, and have the responsibility to qualify those leads to the extent specified by the relevant department, load them onto the appropriate CRM system, and pass them over.You will also receive digital leads on behalf of multiple departments, with the responsibility of qualifying them before passing them over as appropriate.Outbound business development: you will call through existing, but dormant, data on behalf of the UK Estate Agency business, with the objective of re-qualifying those customers and generating business.You will have to proactively farm a large database. This part of the role will be commission-based, so you should be a motivated sales person.RequirementsPositive, proactive attitude. Highly resilient.Hard working.Experience of telephone-based contact centre work is required.Excellent customer service skills.Strong sales skills are required. Experience of telephone-based sales work is preferred.Excellent verbal communication skills.A high degree of integrity, suitable to our brand, is required.Experience within the property industry is desirable, but not required.Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound calls on behalf of multiple of our departments:
    • Establishing the nature of the call,
    • Qualifying the caller to the extent defined by the relevant department,
    • Establishing the key information points from the caller,
    • Loading that caller and all information onto CRM software, and
    • Passing the lead on to the relevant department.
  • Qualifying digital leads:
    • Qualifying the lead to the extent defined by the relevant department,
    • Establishing the key information points from the lead,
    • Loading that lead and all information onto CRM software, and
    • Passing the lead on to the relevant department.
  • Outbound telephone sales:
    • Call through database of previous property owners, tenants and buyers in order to generate appraisals and viewings for the UK estate agency offices.
    • Call through database to assist with data cleansing on an ad hoc basis.
