An excellent opportunity has come up for an experienced and customer focused Resident Liaison Officer to join a leading Social Housing contractor focusing on a planned maintenance project in the West Midlands.The successful candidate will have experience on a decent homes project delivering EWI works. Must have excellent communications skills as will be required to regularly communicate between the site team, residents and the clients.The ideal Resident Liaison Officer would have previously worked for a principal contractor involved in social housing/decent homes schemes and be familiar with EWI and external refurbishments. You will be responsible for booking in appointments, dealingwith complaints and issues, maintaining property information and occasionally carrying out surveys.You must be IT literate, hard working and able to work both individually and within a team. The Resident Liaison Officer will work towards minimising disruption to residents, gaining access to units and establishing relationships with all parties to ensurea smooth process during projects.
