Research ManagerRemote Working£45,000 - £54,000 Basic + Discretionary Bonus + Home IT Equipment + Pension + Healthcare The CompanyMy client is a is a company within the Market Research sector who pride themselves on their strong values centred on delivering high quality outputs that contribute to social and economic development. We are currently recruiting for a Research Manager tojoin the business and to play an integral part to the exciting growth they are experiencing.The RoleAs a Research Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Design, implement, and successfully complete research processesend to end project delivery
  • Manage and develop great client relationships
  • Develop and deliver powerful presentations and pitches
  • Lead on design of all research tools and reports
  • Write persuasive winning tenders and memorable, insightful reports
  • Develop new business through excellent contacts and networks
  • Manage small matrix-teams of junior and senior researchers
  • Support development and execution of the research strategy
  • Provide support and coaching to the research and support team
The CandidateEssential
  • Agency-side experiencethat is, solid commercial experience in pricing, designing, and delivering research and consultancy projects to a range of clients to tight deadlines and budgets
  • Ability to organise, self-manage, and lead others
  • Qualitative and quantitative experience
  • Enthusiasm for research and delivery of great client outputs
  • Excellent written skills
Desirable
  • Membership of the MRS
  • Specialism in economics and labour markets
    • Statistical skillse.g. experience of using SPSS/SNAP/R and undertaking multivariate statistical analysis including regression and experimental design
