Job Description

Roman Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Part-Qualified Auditor for a rapidly expanding award-winning chartered accountancy firm with multiple offices around the UK.The accountancy firm has been established for over 100 years’ and is able to offer various sectors for you to focus on. In the Audit position you will be overseeing the external audit of accounts for a portfolio of clients, liaising with various members of staff; including supervisors, managers and partners.The Fixed Term Contract will last until August, with the entire duration of the contract being remote working - therefore you must be experienced in working remotely.Part-Qualified Auditor Overview

  • Assisting with in-house training sessions
  • Ensuring all client contact is professional and relationships are developed for the long-term
  • Liaising with internal staff, including supervisors, managers and partners
  • External audit of accounts
  • Ensure all work is completed before the set deadline and to the budget agreed
  • Checking client records ensuring all legislation is met
  • Further administrative duties as directed by the management team
    • Part-Qualified Auditor Requirements
  • Must have previous experience in an accountancy firm
  • Must have previous experience with accounts preparation
  • Ideally you would be part-qualified CA or ACCA
  • Experience with Sage, CCH and Xero are preferred
    • Part-Qualified Auditor Remuneration
  • Salary £25,000 - £35,000 (Flexible)
  • Hours Core Hours / Monday - Friday (Fixed Term contact Until August)
  • Holidays 20 days + 8 days bank holiday
