I have an opportunity for an experienced Automation tester/ Test Engineer to join an amazing Tech for good company. I love everything they are about and stand for. If you want to use your skills within test automation for a product where you can feel likeyou are helping to make a difference in the world, then this is the company for you! They are a awesome bunch of humans and have created an amazing platform that helps facilitate businesses to donate surplus products like food ( the likes of Aldi, Sainsburys and Lidl) to local charities that need it, provide volunteers through volunteeringprograms and be able to provide financial support to local charities through grants. Its an amazing concept and they work with over 17,000 charities that benefit from their platform and the support they get through it.They now have a brilliant opportunity for an Automation Tester /Test Engineer to join their remote Agile team. You have the option to be 100% remote or pop into their Bristol office as little or as much as you like. You will take ownership for building outtheir automation. They have some automation currently in place with Playwright, Specflow and Postman for API testing and want someone who can continue to mature their test automation and increase coverage and upskill other members of the team further downthe line.Their ideal person would be someone experienced with automation, ideally with JavaScript-based frameworks. like Cypress or Playwright, who is as passionate about contributing to a platform that is doing good as they all are.Salary is anywhere up to £55,000 with some wiggle room at the top if needed.
