Job Description

This leading Management Consultancy are looking for a Regulatory Compliance Officer to join their internal Risk Operations teams that play a key role in ensuring that all new client proposals are compliant with the regulatory requirements and that thereare no conflicts of interest.In order to be successful in securing this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills/ experience:

  • Experience of working in a Regulatory Compliance role where you are required to take a logical approach to analysis and problem solving, make decisions based on facts and circumstances applying principles learned
  • Experienced in reviewing and quality controlling the work of teams working on complex case file.
  • Team-player who is both supportive and willing to help others.
  • The Client-focused approach with a passion for delivering excellence, capable of empathising with others and understanding the issues they face.
Skills my client would love to see/Amazing Extras:
  • Prior working experience reviewing or auditing work from within a highly regulated sector or professional services firm would a distinct advantage. Training on specific regulatory work will be given.
  • Experience of leading small teams on project work
  • Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel
This new Regulatory Compliance Officer role will give you great exposure to all areas of their business helping to advise Directors and Partners on where potential conflicts of interest may lie.
