The regulatory team covers all types of matters including but not limited to health and safety regulations, environmental matters and alsodata protection issues. The successful Regulatory Partner will be well placed to provide advice on all of the above matters and more to a varied client base. Ideal Regulatory Partners will have some experience of dealing with licensing issues, product liabilityand inquests. You will as the appointed Regulatory Partner be expected to manage your own caseload of matters and deal with the day to day responsibilities that comes along with the partnership status. As well fee earning you will be required to undertakeand support business development and networking activities to further develop the profile of the firm and department within the local market. THE CANDIDATE:In order to be considered for the role of Regulatory Solicitor you must have a minimum of 8 years experience in handling a variety of regulatory and health & safety related matters. Having gained relevant experience within a law firm renowned for their regulatoryofferings you will be able to come in and hit the ground running. As the newly appointed Regulatory Solicitor you will have gained exposure to some licensing work as well as Health and Safety matters, environmental and trade matters as well as inquests. Asa Regulatory Solicitor within the Midlands market you will be a highly driven and focused individual with an excellent track record of winning work and business development. You will have a proven network of contacts who are able to instruct you on futurematters.
