Role: Registered Manager - (Home Care - LD) Salary: £32,000 to £35,000Location: Birmingham I am looking for a registered manager to join an established domiciliary care provider, overseeing care and support for adults within their own homes across the Birmingham & Solihull Borough.You will join this branch at a time of focussed growth and development and will work closely with the franchise owner and multi-disciplinary staff team to deliver person centred care and support. You will join an organisation who has the care and well being of the people they support at the heart of their service. Currently rated "Good" with CQC, and with excellent reviews from their customer`s and customer`s families, this is a sort after organisationto join.Your role as registered manager, will require you to split your time between working within a busy office and in the community. You will focus on business growth and development by securing new private care packages and marketing the exceptional services offeredby your new organisation. You will also play a key role in care and support planning, staff training and recruitment and liaising with external agencies. You will lead from the front whilst monitoring performance to ensure all care delivered is effective, safe and of a high quality.A self-motivated, professional person, you will be able to demonstrate a successful background in the domiciliary care sector and have proven managerial knowledge and skills.Perhaps you are a care coordinator or deputy manager who is looking for a new challenge and to take your first step into a care manager role. Alternatively, you will be a care manager who is looking for the opportunity to stretch and grow with this service.Either way, this could be the perfect opportunity for you...As a minimum, you will be qualified to NVQ 3 in health and social care and be committed to securing the QCF level 5 in leadership and management for care services. You will also hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.In return for your extensive skills and experience, you will receive a highly competitive salary ranging between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum.
