Regional Sales Director - Building ProductsThe Purpose of the Role of Regional Sales Director - Building Products:This fantastic opportunity has become available to manage a rapidly developing sales team of 5 across the southern half of the UK. Their roles are to sell a range of innovative roofing products to a variety of customers in the buoyant construction market,including house builders and developers, roofing contractors and an established network of builders merchants. Your role is to manage your teams performance, motivate, mentor and develop their territory sales skills. In addition you will have responsibilityfor developing the relationship at senior with key merchant accounts such as Travis Perkins, Huws Gray, RGB and EH Smith, which will involve corporate hospitality.For the position of Regional Sales Director - Building Products, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Field sales team management experience, preferably within the construction market sector
  • Positive attitude, tenacious and a strong drive to exceed targets
  • Great relationship building skills, outgoing and personable
  • Stable work history
  • Sales trained and organised, able to develop your teams selling skills
  • Must be well presented, dynamic, driven, enthusiastic, articulate and personable
  • Driving licence
