Regional Health and Safety Manager - Construction

Your duties as the HSEQ Manager shall include:

Be a Champion for Procore, promote all core tools on Procore with the Site Teams.
Carry out all Audits on Procore.
Advise site management on Health & Safety (Rules & Regulations)
Conduct Safety Audits on Elliott Group sites as deemed necessary by the company, generally two per month depending on the site performance this could increase.
Review sub-contractor RAMS & carry out RAMS as required.
Up-date UK Safety Policies as required.
Up-date all procedures/documentation regarding COVID-19 and communicate with Staff and sub-contractors. Ensure Sites/Offices have the relevant signage and equipment as required.
Hold regular site safety meetings with all sub-contractors on site.

ISO Requirements:

Champion the ISO Standards across the Projects.
Take the Lead for all ISO Internal and External Audits in the UK region.
Close out all issues raised during the Internal and External Audits in the region on Procore.
Comply with Elliotts ISO HSEQ Management System requirements i.e. perform your work according to your department process documents, procedures and maintaining document information/completing department forms/records as required.
