Job Description

A great opportunity has arose for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy, fun and successful team here at Pertemps Catering, hospitality and catering recruitment specialists.We are a hospitality and catering specialist agency and are looking for a candidate that not only has first-hand experience within the industry but somebody who is passionate about it and somebody that is looking for a career. This is a developmental role withgrowth into a trainee recruitment consultant within 18 months.As Recruitment Resourcer, you will be working alongside our permanent consultants and your duties will include –

  • Writing and uploading attractive job adverts to all relevant job boards to attract permanent candidates
  • Identifying suitable candidates through a variety of sourcing and attraction techniques
  • Shortlisting candidates and conducting interviews
  • Building and maintaining long lasting relationships with candidates
  • Having a good understanding of the positions and clients that you are sourcing candidates for
  • Performing general administration tasks and duties
The ideal Recruitment Resourcer will –
  • Be pro-active and self-motivated
  • Maintain a professional and friendly attitude
  • Be confident working to deadlines and KPI’s
  • Support team working
  • Be organised and a good communicator
This role is a full time, permanent position working in our office Monday-Friday.
