Job Description

Recruitment OfficerInterim - Circa 3 monthsBirminghamClient DetailsPage Personnel are working with a leading, fast-paced organisation based in Birmingham to appoint an interim Recruitment Officer to join a busy team.DescriptionReporting into a Talent Partner, this varied and busy role will involve:

  • Assisting with the day-to-day running of a busy recruitment function
  • Assisting the Talent Partner with the People Strategy for the organisation
  • Assisting with high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Assisting with various projects such as the roll-out of a new ATS system, development of Employee-Value-Proposition (EVP), audit preparation and development of a graduate program
