The company is on its growth journey and they need someone to take control of all things recruitment as well as work closely with the Marketing Team on employer branding forthe different clients that they have.The team has almost doubled its size in the past year and even though they are doing fine with managing the recruitment activities, they want a specialist to join them and transform the function so it continues to align with the companys values, missionand strategy as well as attract diverse talent.This is a brand new role and although it is fully remote, you will still get to see your colleagues as this company is very big on team building activities and get togethers - Does painting or climbing a mountain sound fun enoughMost importantly, this company has a real social purpose and everyone who works there is very proud to be part of this.What are you going to be doingAs a Recruitment Lead, you will take control of the whole recruitment activity in the company. It might sound scary but your colleagues will be there to give you a hand when things get really busy. You will create eye-catching job adverts, screen candidates,coordinate interviews and ensure that the offer of employment and all relevant paperwork is sent in a timely manner.It is essential for all new starters to have a friendly, familiar face during their onboarding so they feel relaxed and in good hands. You will ensure that all new joiners are settling in well and they have everything they need to feel part of the team.You will analyse the recruitment steps that the company already has and will think of a plan to create a bespoke recruitment process that is fair, inclusive and effective for all the parties involved.You will use your creativity to attract the best talent and strive for a positive candidate experience at all times.Hiring Managers might also need some training with regards to best recruitment practice so you will be the go-to person for advice and support.What skills and experience do you need to succeed 1 + years experience in a similar internal recruitment role. Understanding of how internal recruitment processes work. Friendly and approachable attitude. Ability to create strong relationships and influence decisions. Someone who is not afraid to take on a new challenge and get stuck in. Willingness to learn and expand your knowledge.
