We assist both private and public sector clients in their search for outstanding candidates -youll develop your own unique client & candidate base and have the chance to earn uncapped commission.Requirements for this role include:

  • Calling a portfolio of clients to win business.
  • Advert writing.
  • Guiding candidates through interview processes.
  • Supporting fee negotiations.
  • Work towards hitting daily, weekly & monthly KPIs.
