Are you an experienced Education Recruiter or Resourcer Or an experienced Recruitment Consultant interested in moving into the education sectorAcademics are currently looking to recruit an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Birmingham team to work with SEND schools in the Birmingham, Coventry and Warwickshire areas. This is a permanent contract with a company that offers a market leadingcommission structure.About UsAcademics is a leading education recruitment consultancy, specialising in placing permanent and long term teachers and support staff into schools across England and South Wales. Who we are looking forApplications would be most welcome from Recruitment Consultants with some experience building their client and candidate base; we would also consider strong Candidate Resourcers who have some client facing experience and are ready to take on a new challenge.Local area knowledge would be beneficial.Academics is a national company with a strong position in the market, which means that our consultants are representing a strong brand and have the benefit of working with an extensive database of experienced candidates.You will need a can do approach to work and plenty of enthusiasm and energy to be the right fit for our team.
