In House Recruitment Account Manager (non sales based role)Great Opportunity for someone who loves recruitment but not the salesWe currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant/ Account Manager to join Bell Cornwall Recruitment! If you love the account management but not the sales then this could be a perfect opportunity for you!     • The Role
  • To manage the recruitment process for all internal vacancies from start to finish
  • Updating candidates on a regular basis in relation to the application process
  • Advertising vacancies internally and externally on all subscribed job sites
  • Relationship management with recruitment agencies
  • Organise, manage and attend assessment days
  • Utilise social media to attract talent
  • Manage the recruitment administration of the interview process end to end
  • Work collaboratively with the recruitment team
    • Previous recruitment experience of working within agency recruitment or in house recruitment would be a huge advantage within this position but not essential!
