Network IT is currently recruiting for a Recruitment Account Manager to join our small team and perform a 270 role in supporting us with candidate delivery and managing relationships with some of our key clients.About the role: Are you currently in a candidate delivery role, but want to take a step up to more client related activity Or are you on 360 but fed up of cold calling and getting nowhere Here at Network IT, we have a small, but experienced team here, and have a relationship lead business, with a developing structure in place that will allow you to take ownership of existing clients, to focus on building your own footprint within those accountsand ultimately delivering the best candidates against requirements. We want you to manage your own pipeline and day structure, taking a lead on certain accounts and cementing yourself as a single point of contact for their day to day activity.This would be an ideal role to step up into, if you have a candidate delivery background, but are being held back from client side activity, or if you are working in a 360 capacity, but are fed up of cold calling clients and being targeted on ridiculousKPI’s. We want to support you to fill as many roles as possible, and manage the end to end recruitment cycle for our key clients.You don’t necessarily have to have a background in IT specific recruitment, we could help you learn your way around the industry, but we would suggest that it would be beneficial if you’ve worked in a comparable recruitment sector such as HR, Finance, Researchor the likes. Role details:Role: IT Recruitment Account ManagerSalary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum basic + comms scheme with no threshold + progression and regular reviewsLocation: Central BirminghamWorking Practices: 3 days per week in the office - Monday, Wednesday, FridayFull benefits available upon requestWe are looking for an individual with resourcing / candidate delivery experience, an existing 270 Account Manager, or a 360 consultant, who we can trust to pick up some of our key relationships, managing the end to end recruitment cycle for key clients of ours. This role will NOT involve cold calling, rather focusing on relationships with existing accounts, high quality candidate delivery, and identifying further opportunities within our clients.We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running, work autonomously and progress quickly within our business, and we will do everything we can to support you!Key skills we are looking for:
