A reputable, highly accomplished Criminal law firm in Birmingham is seeking a Receptionist/ Team Administrator to provide first class client service to all visitors alongside wider support to the office. You will be acting as both a brand ambassador to thefirm and an essential part of the client service focus. This is a fantastic opportunity to get a foot in the door of a well-established and reputable legal office. This role is full time, permanent, fully office-based Monday to Friday.The role will be twofold. Primarily you will be acting as Receptionist:meeting and greeting visitors, handling all calls via switchboard, managing all meeting rooms, arranging catering alongside other administrative tasks. These may include organising meetingsand seminars; producing documents; undertaking money laundering checks; using land registry portals; dealing with a wide array of correspondence and assisting with the billing process. This will be a hands-on position, ideal for an individual who is a talentedorganiser and able to multi-task.The ideal candidate will have solid corporate reception experience or administrative experience within a professional environment. You will enjoy being front facing, providing first class client service alongisde strong administrative skills. Candidateswill have excellent IT skills and be happy to work autonomously with strong coordination skills.As a varied, multifaceted and busy role you will need to be flexible, versatile and enthusiastic in your approach.
