Job Title: Quality ManagerSalary range: £40,461 - £45,536 per annum + excellent benefits Hours: 36.5 hours per week Contract: PermanentWho we needWe have an exciting opportunity for a Quality Manager role in our Productivity and Skills Directorate. We are looking for a highly organized individual with strong attention to detail to lead the audit & assurance framework across the Adult Education Budget delivered across the West Midlands.You will be responsible for leading the audit & assurance management of the provider base of the adult education programmes, managing and developing the audit framework and leading on provider compliance. The successful candidate will be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with local and national stakeholders. In addition, you will support policy development and highlight and report on programme risks related to audit & compliance.The successful candidate will have extensive experience in provider audit & compliance and developing quality & assurance frameworks. In conjunction with this, you will have strong organizational skills and will be able to manage a flexible and growing programme. Utilising strong interpersonal skills, you will be confident in communicating with key partners to help refine their delivery and performance. The role will give you the opportunity to work in a fast moving team across a range of exciting projects that will deliver real change to local people.About the teamThe Productivity and Skills team is focused on inclusive growth - more local jobs and more local people benefitting from jobs.
