Whats in it for meWorking for a leading UK manufacturer of engineering plastic materials, components and composites to a wide range of industries which include aerospace, electrical, transport and general engineering.Working days and shift times:Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm // Fridays 8am-12:30pmPay rate:£30,000 to £32,000 PA (dependent on experience)Day to Day Duties- Key responsibility to liaise with other stakeholders throughout the organisation to ensure that the QA system is functioning well- Where appropriate advise on process changes and their implementation and provide training, tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards- Perform internal audits to ensure maintenance of high-level operational quality, in compliance with AS900 together with customers own specifications and requirements- Arrange and coordinate Quality meetings, perform Root Cause Analysis of NCs and instigate Corrective Actions- Lead, document and resolve RCAs for customers key quality concerns in the existing manufacturing processes- Manage certifications/documents for release of final products to the required quality standards as per customer specification in given timescales- Work closely with different stakeholders to swiftly resolve quality issues to prevent future quality costs to the businessEssential Skills- Time management- Team-working skills- Good written and verbal communication skillsDesirable Experience- Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering- Qualified and experience Auditor of AS 9100 (preferred)- Experience in manufacturing engineeringWhat training is providedFull training provided and on-going support givenContactApply today by clicking below or giving our team a call onPhone:
