Job Description

Quality Control Coordinator (Chinese / Mandarin or Cantonese fluency Essential)!ContractTemp to Perm Contract to Start ASAP!Location: Rubery, Birmingham B45Hours of Work: 8.30am5.30pmMonFri (1hr lunch)Salary: £11.05ph - £13.46ph (£23,000pa - £28,000pa) dependent on exp.We are a fast-growing online retailer of bathroom products, and currently looking for a Quality Control Coordinator to join our team:

  • Gather technical information from china suppliers
  • Updating products data sheet on Excel
  • Products / Spare parts control
  • Product testing
  • Managing the inventory control system
  • Checking returns
  • Logging all quality issues
  • Generating report
  • Gathering products information and updating the data sheet
  • Handling inbound calls
  • Filing
  • Emails
