Job Description

QUALIFIED ARCHITECTLOCATION: MIDLANDS BASEDSALARY IS NEGOTIABLE FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATEHunter Mason are working on the behalf of a reputable global client, this role will be based in the Birmingham Area. My client are looking for creative and talented individuals to contribute to the design of high-end projects within the Residential, Education,Process-led, Retail, Workplace and Healthcare sectors Projects will range from £10m to £100m construction value.Salary is negotiable for the right candidate.Some of the amazing benefits include;

If you have the following experience, I would love to have a chat with you;
  • Experience in the procurement of buildings and ability to run projects on site
  • An attractive hand drawing style or equivalent skill in quickly visualising design for clients in 3d.
  • Proven experience in the application of UK Building Regulations
  • REVIT/3D and rendering
  • Microstation or Autocad 2D
  • Adobe Creative suite
  • Microsoft Office

  • Have an engaging personality and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Be a clear thinker, articulate and well organised
  • Have a strength in architectural thinking; design strategy and architectural narrative, urban design, aesthetic/proportion, materiality and detail and the ability to realise high quality buildings.
  • The ability to manage and mentor others and being open to being managed and mentored
