Job Description

Our client is looking for a Purchasing Apprentice to join their team in Birmingham, B6.Hours of Work: 8:15 am5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday. 8:30 am1:00 pm on Friday.Purchasing ApprenticeResponsibilities:

  • Receive requisitions and enter purchase orders.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure that purchase orders are delivered on time.
  • Source and develop new suppliers for existing products
  • Enter purchase orders
  • Manage supplier deliveries and develop new suppliers.
Although you are primarily employed as a Purchasing and Procurement Assistant, you may at times be required to assist in other areas of the business, including in direct production roles.
