Job Description

ROLE: Purchase Ledger Clerk SALARY: Up to £27,000LOCATION: Birmingham City CentreTHE COMPANY: We are currently working with a very successful global business, who are looking to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team.This is a great opportunity to join a well-established firm, who have been a leader in their industry for over 100 years!BENEFITS INCLUDE:

THE CANDIDATE: The right candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience within a fast-paced Purchase Ledger team, as well as exposure to processing international payments.Strong IT skills and the ability to create VLOOKUP’s and Pivot Tables is also required.DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Processing and paying approximately 75 invoices per month.
  • Processing all employee expenses.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations.
  • Deposit account reconciliations.
  • Processing international payments.
  • Working closely with the Accounts Payable Manager and supporting with any adhoc tasks.
