Job Description

Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger ClerkAre you looking to join a business, that offers progression and developmentMy client, based in Longbridge, are seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their fast-paced Finance Department.The role is offering a salary of up to £23,000, hybrid working (a day or two working from home per week) and lots of training and progression opportunities.The right candidate will have previous experience within a Finance role and be AAT qualified (this is beneficial, not essential).Duties include:

  • Processing a high volume of invoices, within a fast-paced department
  • Releasing invoices in preparation for payment
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and keeping these updated
  • Completing monthly reconciliations of supplier statements
  • Working to strict deadlines and supporting the wider team, as required
  • Managing and resolving queries
