You will have some understandingof additional learning needs, obtained via the completion of a psychology degree, that you will use to facilitate the unique needs of each individual student. You will have confidence in your ability to adapt yourself and learning materials to the needs ofeach child, to ensure that the maximum potential of every student is fulfilled.The RoleAs a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will be working alongside children with severe learning difficulties and aiding in the formulation of lesson plans and the creation of learning materials to ensure that each individual’s learning pathway is suitablefor their needs. You will be working on a 1-2-1 basis with students with complex needs and following a framework that provides a structured and sequenced curriculum that enables every child to progress in all areas of development.
