If you think you have what it takes to compliment this impressive team and help them to continue meeting and exceeding their business objectives, please read on.Your main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to the sale team and customers
  • Generate quotations to meet specific customer specifications
  • Provide project management for orders from receipt to sign off
  • Maintain all electronic databases as required
  • Support in the preparation of customer framework documentation
  • Maintain knowledge of technology trends in the market
  • Visit customers as required to provide technical support
  • Maintain and develop your knowledge of applicable industry and engineering standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Engineering background is essential, advantageous if this is in the water industry
  • Previous experience of AutoCAD would be beneficial
  • Ability to work as a team member and autonomously
  • Full UK driving license
  • Great communicator who can converse with internal and external stakeholders
  • Target driven with a solution focused approach
  • Methodical and meticulous in your actions and delivery
  • Ability to deliver work within specified timescales
