Job Description

Job Title: Senior Property Manager and an estate agentLocation: Birmingham City CentreBasic Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 (depending on experience)OTE: £33,000 UncappedAn award winning, multi-branch, rapidly growing, and highly reputable estate agent is in need of an experienced Valuer.Known for their culture, training, development, and many, MANY perks, our clients is ready to provide a very stable and supportive home and environment for the right candidate.This is a full-time, permanent position located in our Birmingham Colmore Row office. Youll enjoy a standard work week of Monday to Friday with alternate Saturday (lieu days applicable).The Role Involves:

  • Property valuations
  • Pre and post data capture and reporting
  • Touting and business generation
  • Management of existing sales team and support system
  • KPI targets exceeded
